About the Space
A collaboration between two highly-regarded chefs, Michael Mina and Ken Tominaga, Pabu serves upscale modern Izakaya-style dining (Japanese small plates), plus larger plates and super-fresh sushi and sashimi. The space in FiDi is sleek and sophisticated, with artistic Japanese accents (for those in need of a little midweek motivation, the historic images of Japanese warriors are sure to inspire anyone to slay their workday).
