About the Space
Fogo de Chão isn’t just a restaurant – it’s a dining experience. The Brazilian steakhouse slays with fire-roasted meats carved tableside, and hands out handy medallions to indicate to your waiter where you are in your meat-consumption journey (flip it to red for “omg, stop, I couldn’t eat another bite” and to green for “GIMME THE MEAT”). They’ve also got great Brazilian side dishes like salads, exotic veggies and cheese bread and, believe it or not, are totally accommodating to vegetarians, vegans and gluten-freers. Pro tip: unless you speak Portuguese, don’t try to pronounce the name without asking. Trust us on this one.
